Frequent Asked Questions

What is a Flower Subscription, and Why Should You Get One?

A flower subscription is a service where you sign up to receive fresh, seasonal bouquets on a regular schedule, either by pick-up or delivery. Each bouquet is gardener’s choice, showcasing the best blooms of the season. Spots are limited and tend to sell out quickly, so early sign-ups are encouraged. Payment is required upfront to reserve your spot. Here’s why it’s worth it:

Freshness Guaranteed: Our flowers are harvested within 24 hours of your bouquet pick-up or delivery. We allow them time to cool and hydrate, ensuring they arrive fresh and last longer in your home.

Exclusive Discounts: Subscriptions are more cost-effective than one-time purchases. Plus, subscribers enjoy 10% off additional products like extra bouquets or edible flowers. Early subscriptions also help us cover spring start-up costs, making this a win-win for you and our farm.

Priority Access: Subscribers are guaranteed flowers, even during peak times when we may sell out to non-subscribers.

Can I Gift a Subscription?

Yes! Gift certificates are available for pick-up or mailing, making it easy to share the joy of fresh flowers with friends or family.

What If I Can’t Pick Up or Receive My Bouquet?

No worries! If you’re not home for a delivery, we’ll leave the flowers in a shaded, water-filled bucket. Let us know if you have a specific spot in mind. If you’re away for an entire pick-up/delivery day, you can opt to double up on bouquets another time or share them with someone else.

What Should I Bring to Pick-Up?

If picking up your bouquet, please bring a clean bucket with a few inches of fresh water. Bouquets don’t include buckets or vases. For the 2025 season, pick-ups tentatively scheduled for Fridays between 4 pm and 7 pm at our farm.

How Do I Care for My Flowers?

Your flowers are treated to ensure a long vase life. You can keep them looking fresh by changing the water every few days and recut the stems at an angle. Keep flowers relatively cool and out of direct sunlight. We provide flower food with every bouquet.

Is Your Farm Open to Visitors?

Not yet! For now, our farm is closed to the public, as we have a furry friend who isn’t a fan of surprise guests. We are, however, working on hosting floral pop-ups in the future, so stay tuned by subscribing to our Farm Newsletter and following us on social media!
